YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key member of this winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Superannuation Insurance Claims team of this first-class plaintiff personal injury law firm, being mentored by a top calibre senior head TPD team leader, you will love helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their TPD/income protection insurance claims via their superannuation funds+ other insurance policies.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence+ trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

- are an admitted solicitor (or soon to be);
- have MINIMUM 12 months (or more) experience managing TPD (total permanent disablement) claims either working in a law firm OR in-house for an insurer or super fund;
- have strong legal research skills, are client-centric and deadline driven;
