As one of the KEY senior litigators in the winning litigation team, reporting to the Litigation Director and Litigation Special Counsel, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking full ownership of your files/managing your own clients resolving commercial disputes relating to:

- General commercial contracts;
- Corporate structures/partnerships/trusts;
- Franchises;
- Building/construction;
- Insolvency/bankruptcy;
- Property/leases;
- Contested estates.
