THE ROLE

Refrigeration Mechanic on HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, installation and breakdown work across the Pilbara — mine and port sites, accommodation villages, commercial kitchens and cold rooms, offices and community buildings. Split systems, packaged units, chillers and cold rooms. Out here, aircon isn't a comfort item, it's critical. You'll plan it, own it, execute it.

ROSTERS

As a guide, we run:

Karratha local: 5/2, 4/3, 8/6, 2:1 or 2:2

FIFO from Perth: 8/6, 2:1 or 2:2

Rosters vary by contract. Tell us what works for your life and we'll find the fit. Based interstate? Talk to us and we'll work the travel out together.

Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade qualification (essential)

ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (essential)

Current driver's licence (essential)

Restricted or A-Grade Electrical Licence and mine site experience highly regarded
