About Us

Chilled Group Services is an established commercial refrigeration contractor servicing major national clients across NSW including supermarkets, service stations and commercial facilities. Alongside our current service technicians. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join the Sydney service team.

This role offers strong earning potential, modern systems, and a well-structured service team with office support allowing technicians to focus on what they do best.

About the Role The role

Service, maintenance and breakdown work across a mixed commercial portfolio, including:

- Supermarket rack systems and CO2 plant

- Display cases, coolrooms and freezer rooms

- Ice machines and general commercial refrigeration

- Fault finding and breakdown repairs

- Scheduled preventative maintenance

- Emergency service calls

- Digital job reporting through our job management software (job management is sorted — no paper dockets, no chasing timesheets)

The role is Sydney-based with travel across the metro area.



An on-call roster forms part of the position with an on-call allowance plus rates on top.

What you'll need

- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning trade qualification

- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Restricted Electrical Licence (or willingness to obtain)

- Current manual driver's licence

- Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting ability

- Confidence working unsupervised on client sites

- Australian work rights

Experience working on supermarket rack systems, CO₂ refrigeration or large commercial systems will be highly regarded but not essential
