We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager - Field Service & Projects to join the Rema Tip Top Industries team and lead our Field Service conveyor operations across Western Australia.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Industry West, you'll play a key role in driving safe, efficient and profitable operations across our field service teams.

You'll lead a team of Area and Site Managers, oversee day to day operational performance, and ensure our conveyor maintenance, surface protection and related product services are delivered to a high standard safely, on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing

- Lead, mentor and develop high performing Site Managers, superintendents and their teams.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients, driving service excellence and repeat business.
- Ensure consistent, high quality delivery across maintenance, shutdowns, breakdowns, projects and workshop operations.
- Drive regional performance through effective P&L;, budget and cost management.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Support capital expenditure decisions and provide recommendations to the General Manager.

Section criteria:

- Proven leadership experience within the mining, heavy industrial, or field service sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen, including the ability to understand, influence, and contribute to P&L; performance.
- Highly developed computer literacy, with experience using operational, maintenance, and financial systems.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices, relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and applicable standards (desirable but not essential).
