About the role

We are looking for a Registered Conveyancer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team in a full-service South Australian law firm. You will be passionate about your work and have a strong commitment to providing the highest quality of client service. You will enjoy working collaboratively with our Conveyancing and Property teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing conveyancing files from beginning to end with minimal supervision;
- Overseeing all aspects of conveyancing matters, including residential, agricultural and commercial transactions;
- Providing advice and guidance to a broad range of clients;
- Preparing and submitting Land Titles Office forms, including land divisions;
- Organising settlements with all parties and conducting settlements electronically via PEXA (or by paper as necessary);
- Acting on transfers, refinance matters, discharge of mortgages, etc; and
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing referrers.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have:





- Current registration as a Conveyancer;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing and a solid understanding of relevant legislation;
- Either as a Registered Conveyancer;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and proven experience with PEXA;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently;
- A professional approach when interacting with clients and team members;
- A high attention to detail and great organisational skills; and
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
