About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract, working night shifts at Killarney Vale Care Community from October 2026 to February 2027.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership and exceptional care to residents while working collaboratively with care teams, families, and healthcare professionals. This role offers autonomy and responsibility on night duty while ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care.

What You'll Do

- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families




- Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
