Are You the Right Fit? As a Registered Nurse in Ward 1B Geriatrics &

- Rehabilitation, you'll combine clinical excellence with compassion to deliver safe, patient-centred care. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where attention to detail, sound clinical judgement, and strong communication skills are essential to supporting positive patient outcomes.

- Clinically knowledgeable and safety-focused,



with experience in medication administration, wound management, infection prevention, and comprehensive patient assessment.
- A critical thinker and problem solver, able to use sound clinical judgement to identify concerns and respond appropriately.
- An effective communicator and team player, with solid documentation skills and the ability to collaborate respectfully with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
- Demonstrated recent acute care experience or other relevant acute care experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner and personally resolve conflicts when they arise
