About your role

As a Registered Nurse within the Permanent Nursing and Midwifery Pool, you'll provide high-quality clinical care across Bayside Health Service, adapting to different teams, environments and patient needs. This is an opportunity to continually expand your skills while making a valuable contribution wherever your expertise is needed.

You will:

Deliver protected, compassionate and person-centred nursing care across varied clinical settings.

Work collaboratively with nursing, medical and allied health professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Use clinical judgement, critical thinking and assessment skills to plan and evaluate patient care.

Adapt confidently to changing clinical environments, models of care and workforce requirements.

Contribute to quality improvement, education, evidence-based practice and clinical leadership.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
