About the role
Bring your clinical expertise, focus on quality, compassion and energy to ensure our residents are provided the best care possible. From effective medication management all the way to those vital clinical records, you’ll be part of a cohesive, dedicated team. With a fortnightly roster across Week 1 Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat shifts 06:45 – 15:30 Week 2 Mon, Wed and Sun shifts 06:45 – 15:30, you’ll have plenty of time for work life balance!

You’ll work alongside a supportive team to deliver quality care, champion our residents and build trusted relationships with families and loved ones. If you’re passionate about making a difference and having a little fun along the way, we’d love to meet you. Your key experience will include:
- Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
- Experience in Aged Care, with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards preferred
- Understanding of person-centred care and contemporary clinical practice
- Strong communication, documentation and time management skills
- A commitment to MercyCare’s values and quality care outcomes
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months
