About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will manage a diverse caseload across workplace rehabilitation for people recovering from physical and psychological injuries. This is a genuinely varied role where no two days are the same. You will complete assessments, deliver tailored interventions, develop sustainable return to work plans, and work closely with employers, treating practitioners, insurers and case managers to achieve meaningful outcomes.
With strong referral growth in Canberra, we are expanding our team to meet increasing demand and continue delivering high-quality services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a varied caseload across workplace rehabilitation services
- Support clients recovering from physical and psychological injuries
- Conduct functional, workplace and ergonomic assessments
- Develop and implement return to work plans and rehabilitation strategies
- Provide guidance on workplace adjustments and injury management approaches
- Liaise with employers, treating practitioners, insurers and case managers to coordinate outcomes
- Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations that support decision-making

What We're Looking For Degree qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Nursing or a related allied health discipline
- Current AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation, with no restrictions
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation or transferable experience within workers compensation, injury management, vocational rehabilitation or return to work services
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce transparent, practical reports for multiple stakeholders
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Working with Vulnerable People Card and National Police Check
- Experience working within government compensation schemes
