Experienced FIFO Bus Drivers Wanted

Brindabella Resources is seeking experienced FIFO Bus Drivers to support relief coverage and shutdown operations across mine sites in the Pilbara.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working across operational mine sites and accommodation villages, you'll play a critical role in safely transporting personnel while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and customer service.

This position suits professional drivers who are comfortable working in remote environments and understand the expectations of FIFO site operations.

Enhanced Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate buses and other allocated vehicles in accordance with site, client and road safety requirements.

- Transport personnel between airports, villages, mine sites and operational facilities.

- Conduct comprehensive pre-start inspections and vehicle safety checks before every shift.





- Immediately report hazards, defects, incidents and near misses in line with company procedures.

- Adhere to all journey management, fatigue management and critical risk controls.

- Participate in daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety discussions.

- Maintain compliance with all client, site and company safety standards.

- Deliver a professional, safety-first service to all passengers.

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience driving buses in FIFO, mining, charter or commercial passenger transport environments.

- Current and unrestricted HR Licence (or higher).

- Current WA Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (PTD).

- Demonstrated commitment to a zero-harm safety culture.

- Strong understanding of fatigue management and safe driving practices.

- Proven ability to operate safely in remote and high-risk environments.

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.

- Full Australian working rights.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
