We're looking for a Relief Village Administrator to join our team on a Casual basis, supporting our retirement villages across the Sunshine Coast region.

Based from our Buderim Regional Office, this unique and diverse role will see you providing administrative and operational support across villages from Noosa to Brisbane. No two days are the same as you step into different communities, build relationships with residents, and help keep village operations running smoothly.

To support your travel, you'll receive:

- Travel allowance for all regional assignments
- Accommodation provided for Brisbane placements
- Travel allowance for Noosa assignments

As a Relief Village Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and families. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting Village Managers with a range of administrative, financial, and operational activities. How You'll Make an Impact

You'll play a key role in keeping our villages running smoothly by:

- Providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, families, and contractors
- Managing reception and handling enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Supporting Village Managers with day-to-day administration and operations
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with invoicing and finance-related tasks
- Coordinating contractor inductions and supporting safety and compliance requirements
- Preparing newsletters and community communications
- Assisting with resident events, social activities, and community initiatives
- Supporting residents and operational needs as they arise





About You You're an organised and adaptable professional who enjoys working with people and making a genuine difference.

You'll bring

- Previous administration and customer service experience
- A flexible approach and availability to work across multiple village locations as required
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A warm, approachable style that helps build trust and positive relationships
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
