Job Description
At Trilogy Care, our mission is simple: empowering older Australians to live independently in the home they love for longer.
n
We're looking for an Implementation Lead to join our Innovation & Transformation team and take ownership of the "last mile" of change — making sure new technology, tools, processes and features are successfully introduced, understood and adopted across our Care department.
n
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working between people, technology and operations and knows that successful implementation is about much more than simply launching a new system.
n
What you'll do
n
As our Implementation Lead, you'll own the implementation journey from planning through to adoption. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, People & Culture and Care leadership to make sure change lands at the right time and in the right way.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Own and maintain the Care implementation and release schedule, coordinating multiple changes across competing priorities.
n
- Assess change readiness and make recommendations on whether teams are ready for a release.
n
- Develop clear, engaging release communications in plain English.
n
- Design and deliver training for new tools, systems and processes.
n
- Create practical SOPs, guides, quick-reference materials and training content that employees can easily follow.
n
- Work with team leaders and change champions to support adoption across the workforce.
n
- Gather feedback from frontline teams and work with Product and Engineering to address issues.
n
- Monitor adoption and usage following implementation and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Partner with People & Culture and Learning & Development to ensure training and capability development are aligned.
n
- Support the rollout of AI-enabled tools and automated workflows across Care.
n
- Ensure implementation, training and documentation are appropriately recorded and meet our governance and compliance requirements.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with different audiences and genuinely interested in how people work.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
- 3+ years' experience in implementation, change management, training, business analysis, project delivery or a similar role.
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting the rollout of new systems, technology or processes to an operational workforce.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into simple, practical messages.
n
- Experience developing SOPs, user guides, training materials and other documentation.
n
- Confidence facilitating training and workshops, both virtually and face-to-face.
n
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
n
- The confidence to challenge timelines and say when a team is not ready for change.
n
- The ability to work comfortably between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
n
- A curious and practical mindset — you want to understand how work actually happens before designing a solution.
n
n
It would be great if you also have:
n
n
- Experience in aged care, healthcare, disability or another regulated environment.
n
- Exposure to Prosci, ADKAR or another structured change management framework.
n
- Experience working with a Learning Management System or knowledge base.
n
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation or an enterprise AI enablement program.
n
- Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho, Lark, Microsoft 365 or similar.
n
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant tertiary qualification.
n
- Change management or project management certification.
n
n
Why join Trilogy Care?
n
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where technology is genuinely changing the way care is delivered.
n
You'll have the opportunity to:
n
n
- Play a key role in how technology and innovation are adopted across our Care workforce.
n
- Work closely with senior leaders, Product, Engineering, Operations and People & Culture.
n
- Help shape a repeatable approach to implementation and change across the organisation.
n
- Be involved in the rollout of AI-enabled tools and new technology.
n
- Make a tangible difference to the people delivering care to thousands of older Australians.
n
n
If you're someone that can take a new idea, system or process and make sure people actually understand it, use it confidently and know where to go when they need help, we'd love to hear from you.
n
The annual salary for this role is $110,000 - $120,000 + superannuation p.a.
