A fantastic opportunity has become available for a proactive and enthusiastic Coordinator in our Repairs team for an immediate start to support our busy team located in Process Solutions base in Balcatta.

Reporting to the Repairs Team Leader, your key focus areas will be developing and sharing communication to the Repairs Team in our Perth Workshop regarding multiple projects.

Responsibilities will include

- Responsible for the Opening, closing, processing of purchase orders and raising of supply purchase orders
- General administration duties
- Scheduling upcoming and planned repair work
- Procurement and ordering of parts and materials
- Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders

The following skills and experience would be deemed highly advantageous:

- Some Experience with repair and/or maintenance work
- Experience in an administration, or planning role
- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Committed and driven attitude
- Excellent time management skills.
