You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple residential roofing projects, including overseeing multiple residential roofing projects and crews across Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who understands residential roofing, can confidently manage multiple jobs at once, and can keep projects moving from initial measure-up through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating multiple roofing crews and subcontractors
- Completing site inspections and accurate roof measure-ups
- Planning and coordinating upcoming jobs
- Liaising directly with homeowners and clients regarding scheduling and works
- Organising and coordinating materials and deliveries
- Ensuring crews have the information required before commencing each job
- Preparing and sending SWMS and other required site documentation
- Monitoring workmanship, quality and job progress
- Conducting completion inspections and identifying any defects
- Coordinating rectification works where required
- Completing Job Service Reports on each roof
About you
- Has strong experience in residential roofing
- Has previous experience supervising roofing crews or managing residential roofing projects
- Can accurately measure and assess roofing works
- Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple jobs simultaneously
- Communicates professionally with homeowners, builders, subcontractors and suppliers
- Has a strong understanding of roofing installation standards and site safety
- Is confident managing crews and holding subcontractors accountable for quality and timelines
- Can identify problems early and organise practical solutions
- Is reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our residential projects, maintain solid communication with our clients and crews, and ensure every job progresses smoothly from measure-up through to completion. We prefer to pay via ABN as a subcontractor.
