We’re excited to be opening the doors to our brand-new New Farm boutique in Brisbane, and we’re looking for an inspiring Boutique Manager to lead our talented team of Bridal Stylists.

Located in the heart of Current Farm, our new boutique is surrounded by great cafés, restaurants and bars, with free on-site parking available for our team.

Grace Loves Lace is the world leader in innovative, modern bridal, with an e-commerce store and a boutique network across Australia, the UK, US and Canada.

About the Role

Our Boutique Managers lead from the front – styling brides alongside their team, role-modelling exceptional service and ensuring the boutique delivers outstanding operational and sales results.

You’ll be responsible for

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of Bridal Stylists
- Driving individual and team sales KPIs, including revenue, AOV and gown conversion
- Creating an exceptional, personalised experience for every bride
- Managing boutique operations, including rosters, leave, stock and inventory
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
- Building strong relationships with brides and contributing to local client and brand growth
- Ensuring the boutique is presented and operated to the highest standard
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service

This is a Full-Time position working a set roster of Tuesday-Saturday, with RDOs on Sunday & Monday.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:
- 2-3+ years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs
- Strong experience coaching, developing and motivating a team




- A genuine passion for customer experience and relationship building
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to confidently manage a busy boutique environment and multiple priorities
- Experience in luxury fashion, bridal or the wedding industry is highly regarded
- Strong administration and IT skills; experience with NetSuite is advantageous

Our peak trading periods are weekends, so the successful candidate will be comfortable working consistent weekend days.
