Key responsibilities

- Planning and coordinating the range of products and services offered to meet customer demand and business objectives.

- Developing purchasing strategies, promotional activities, and pricing approaches to support business growth and profitability.

- Coordinating marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities to increase awareness and sales of products and services.

- Assisting customers with product selection, providing relevant information, and facilitating sales transactions.

- Monitoring inventory movements,



maintaining accurate business records, and reviewing financial information for operational purposes.

- Managing staff performance and workplace procedures, including recruitment, training, supervision, budgeting, and adherence to workplace safety requirements.

- Experience in stock management, purchasing and supplier coordination.
