Experienced retail professionals rarely get the chance to move to four days per week without stepping away from meaningful work. On behalf of IFM Investors, you'll manage four community shopping centres across Sydney, taking ownership of day-to-day operations, retailer relationships, leasing activity and commercial performance across the portfolio.

Based in Sydney's inner west, this role offers the autonomy to manage your portfolio with the confidence and judgement that comes from experience. You'll work four days per week, travel to the other sites with expenses reimbursed, and be supported by local teams across every centre.

This is a role for an experienced shopping centre professional who values flexibility but still wants genuine scope, accountability and variety.

In This Role, You Will

- Take ownership of day-to-day operations across four community shopping centres, keeping presentation, safety and compliance standards consistently high
- Build and maintain trusted retailer relationships, managing onboarding,



lease administration, arrears and lease compliance across the portfolio
- Partner with the marketing team on campaigns, community events and initiatives that drive foot traffic and retailer performance
- Drive casual mall leasing and identify new income opportunities across the portfolio
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses and deliver monthly owner reporting with a sharp eye on operational efficiency and centre performance

About You You know your way around a shopping centre and are confident making sound decisions across a multi-site portfolio. You build relationships quickly, stay calm when priorities compete and take pride in delivering consistently strong outcomes across the centres you manage.

- Experience in shopping centre management or a senior centre operations role, with exposure to the full range of centre responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of retailer relationships, lease administration, arrears, compliance and centre operations
- Commercial confidence across budgets, expense monitoring, income opportunities and owner reporting
- The organisational skills to manage competing priorities across multiple locations without dropping the ball




- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Sydney portfolio, with travel reimbursed
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain
