Timeless Watches is seeking passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join our team at our Canberra outlet store.
We are looking for positive, customer-focused team members who thrive in a retail environment and have a genuine passion for sales and well-known fashion brands.
Full-time and part time hours are available, with an immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and assigned KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
- Assist with stock management and replenishment
- Perform general retail duties as required
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 12 months’ previous retail experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A strong sales focus and a genuine can-do attitude
- An outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- The ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with colleagues
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
