Retail Sales Assistant – Part time

Top Party Supplies is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

The position

- Part-time, 2 days per week
- Tuesday or Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Must be available to work on Sundays

About the role:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Assist customers with party and baking supplies
- Operate the POS and process sales
- Inflate and prepare helium balloons for customers
- Prepare balloon orders and assist with balloon arrangements
- Restock and organise products
- Keep the store clean and tidy
- General retail duties

About you:
- Friendly, reliable and responsible
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience with balloons is a bonus, but full training will be provided
- Comfortable working with helium balloons
- Able to work independently and as part of a tea
