We’re looking for people who are driven, switched-on, enthusiastic and genuinely passionate about fashion to join the PAARO team.

SALES ASSISTANT

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, quick, eager to learn and great with people.

Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

You’ll be

- Assisting clients during private appointments
- Supporting styling and product selection
- Learning about our designers and collections
- Assisting with sales and client follow-ups
- Helping with stock, merchandising and general store operations
- Creating a warm, polished client experience

STORE MANAGER

We’re looking for someone with previous retail/fashion or store management experience who understands sales and knows how to work with clients.

This is a highly customer-facing role, so you need to be confident, polished and genuinely enjoy selling.

You’ll be responsible for

- Managing client appointments from start to finish
- Driving sales and converting appointments
- Understanding client behaviour and buying decisions




- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Styling clients and helping them find the right pieces
- Managing day-to-day boutique operations
- Maintaining store presentation, stock and merchandising
- Supporting and guiding the sales team
- Following up with clients and identifying sales opportunities

PAARO is an appointment-based luxury Indian designer boutique, so every client interaction matters.

We’re looking for people who are professional, well-presented, enthusiastic and take initiative - people who want to be part of a growing fashion business rather than simply work a retail shift.

Availability: Approximately 3–4 days per week, 4–8 hours per day, based on appointment schedules and business requirements.

Location: Melbourne

Employment: Part-time / flexible
