RETAIL STORE MANAGER – FULL TIME POSITION SALARY $80,000 PLUS SUPER

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our Sydney NSW team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Anita NSW store, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a welcoming and vibrant store setting. The position involves team leadership, operational management, sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Lead, mentor, and support team members, including training and ongoing development
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high customer service standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory to minimise shortages and waste
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets and improve profitability
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Implement promotional activities, marketing initiatives, and seasonal campaigns
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



procedures, and relevant regulations

Skills and Experience

- A qualification at Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma level OR at least three years of relevant work experience in lieu of formal qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in addition to relevant qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management and team leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and sales analysis
