Chandler Macleod are currently seeking experienced Road Crew Operators to join a Mine Services team for our Tier 1 client in Queensland. These are six-month fixed-term opportunities supporting operations through the upcoming wet season, with multiple positions available.

About the roleYou’ll be part of a Road Crew responsible for maintaining and supporting site haul roads and associated infrastructure. To be successful, you will have proven experience operating a combination of:

- Dozers
- Water Trucks
- Graders
- Scrapers

What’s on offer
- 6-month fixed-term contract
- Starting rate: $84.64/hr
- Target commencement mid-October 2026 (approx.)
- Work with an established team in a safety-focused mining setting

What you’ll need




- Demonstrated recent operating experience on one or more of the machines listed above
- Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
- Ability to work in a production mining environment
