Pay rate: between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

Starting: Immediate

Hours: Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

The One Condition

No catch. One requirement: you have to actually be the kind of coach we can back:

- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.

What We Hand You On Day One

Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms: No rent. Ever. Keep what you earn from session one.

Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

What This Actually Looks Like

Clients are booked and confirmed before you arrive, the paperwork is handled, and your weekly mentoring just helped you sign five current ongoing members. You spend your day coaching, not chasing,



and your income keeps climbing. That is the whole job.

You chose this work to help people get strong and healthy, not to chase invoices and leads. Not for any of this:

- Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them

- Cert III and IV in Fitness, or close to finishing
- First Aid, CPR and WWCC ready
