We are currently seeking an experienced RTO Training Manager to join our team and assist us in continuing to deliver high-quality courses.RTO Manager is expected to be responsible for all aspects of academic leadership providing support and guidance to trainers, students, and academic support staff to ensure that delivery of quality training and support services comply with relevant legislation.
This position will be responsible for ensuring we meet our regulatory requirements with ASQA/CRICOS and also state regulators.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate nationally accredited and non-accredited programs in relevant industry areas, including but not limited to the following:
- Provide academic leadership across all campuses/locations
- All qualifications delivered and assessed to meet the requirements of both the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015/Amendment 2017 and the requirements of the relevant training package
- Review and monitor all training delivery to ensure it meets all relevant standards and that it is appropriate to Industry requirements;
- Review systems, policies, and practices to ensure continuous improvement across all areas of delivery, management and administration to ensure best practice,
- Trainer recruitment, monitoring and supporting ongoing career development and industry currency
- Ensure the timely processing of all relevant documentation;
- Monitor student progress and funding claims on a regular basis,;
- Assist in developing budgets in line with program expectations locally and across all sites, monitor income against budgets to ensure budgets are met;
- Develop effective timetables that meet the budgetary and social responsibilities in consultation with the CEO;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with industry for the purposes of TAS design, industry-driven assessments, guest speakers and industry placements in consultation with the CEO/;
- Develop and maintain effective student record management systems, which ensure the confidentiality of program participants and meet the requirements of the regulatory framework standards;
- Ensure a high standard of service delivery to students/trainees by providing detailed program information,
- Efficient enrolment procedures, quality monitoring, counseling, and support.
- Work with industry and community groups to ensure that the continuous strengthening of vocational training and development of industry and community partnerships;
- Ensure target and performance indicators are achieved in accordance with business objectives and contracted targets;
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as required;
- Plan, schedule and either conduct or oversee;
- Internal audits;
- Course reviews;
- Assessment validation; and
- Marketing reviews (including website and social media).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
