About the role
You will join us at an exciting time of growth and transformation, where you will play a key role in strengthening and standardising our Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing systems across the organisation.
You will work closely with a supportive and highly experienced team of WHS professionals, contributing to meaningful, organisation-wide improvements.
What you will be doing
- Lead the development and standardisation of WHS documentation across the business in line with ISO 45001 framework.
- Build and maintain document control systems, registers and reporting frameworks.
- Prepare Board and management reporting, translating data into clear insights.
- Drive consistency and alignment of WHS procedures, systems and records.
- Consult with stakeholders across the business to improve and embed WHS practices.
- Provide support, coaching and technical guidance to WHS Business Partners.
About you You are a confident and collaborative professional who enjoys working across a business to improve systems, processes and outcomes.
You bring
- Strong experience in ISO 45001 framework, WHS systems, compliance and document control.
- Ability to review, streamline and standardise processes in complex environments.
- Experience preparing reports, insights and executive or Board-level documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult and influence across teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS (or related discipline) and experience working within legislative and ISO 45001 framework.
