Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute detailed shop drawings for bespoke cabinetry and furniture.
- Perform cutting and assembly tasks with precision, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Complete high-end finishing tasks to meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver premium projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a protected and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients across multiple channels to ensure project progress and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications
- Australian Trade Qualifications in Cabinet Making or Shopfitting (required).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cabinet making, with a portfolio showcasing attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks, from cutting to assembly.
- Experience in finishing techniques to achieve high-end results for luxury projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
