The Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service is a public mental health service with a catchment area that extends from Tully in the south to the outermost Torres Strait Island in the north and westward to Croydon.
About your new role:
In your new role you will...... * Active participation in MHATOD service strategic and operational planning include recruitment and retention, driving quality improvement activities,



and ensuring high level team function and communication. * Delivery of education and training to junior CHHHS MHAODS medical staff, medical students and all mental health clinicians * Provision of clinical leadership within the Cairns and Hinterland Mental Health multidisciplinary teams by taking clinical responsibility for patients through collaborative care planning utilising risk management frameworks.
