Randstad Australia is seeking a Farm Insurance Specialist (Field Based) to visit farms across Bathurst, Orange, Lithgow, Blayney & Surrounds, conducting in office risk analyses and delivering tailored insurance solutions in the rural community.
This is a dynamic, road-based role with a company car, a hybrid work approach, and training as needed (including RG146). You’ll build and manage your own rural client portfolio, grow relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
