Munchkin Manor is a family-owned and operated early learning centre in Moorebank, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to join our team.

We are seeking a confident leader who is passionate about early childhood education, enjoys building strong relationships with families and educators, and is committed to creating a warm, nurturing and high-quality environment for children.

About the Role

n

As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the service, ensuring the centre operates to a high standard while meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements.

n

- Leading, supporting and mentoring a team of educators
n
- Overseeing the daily operations of the centre
n
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
n
- Building positive and trusting relationships with children, families and educators
n
- Supporting the educational program and ensuring high-quality outcomes for children
n
- Managing staffing, rosters and day-to-day operational requirements
n
- Maintaining strong enrolment,



family engagement and retention
n
- Overseeing centre policies, procedures, documentation and compliance
n
- Preparing for and participating in regulatory and assessment processes
n
- Creating a positive, inclusive and welcoming centre culture
n
- Working closely with management/owners to achieve the centre's goals
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has previous experience as a Childcare/Centre Director or Assistant Director
n
- Has strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Regulations
n
- Holds an approved Early Childhood qualification
n
- Has excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- Is confident managing a team and handling day-to-day challenges
n
- Builds genuine relationships with families and children
n
- Is professional, approachable, reliable and highly organised
n
- Has a strong understanding of compliance and centre operations
n
- Is passionate about providing exceptional early learning experiences
n
- Takes pride in creating a warm, family-oriented environment
n
