Job Description

MAYDAY Recruitment Group - Winner Outstanding Agency 2023 is recruiting a Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst to own payroll governance, ensure legislative compliance across a large workforce and partner with Senior Payroll and HR stakeholders.

In this hybrid Melbourne-based role you will lead payroll process reviews, address discrepancies, interpret awards and EBAs, perform payroll audits, drive remediation, and develop governance controls to minimise risk while enabling accurate and timely pay.
