What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity
n
- Support, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners
n
- Monitor business performance and prepare regular KPI and target reports
n
- Promote automotive products and services using your industry knowledge and expertise
n




- Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace procedures and safety requirements
n
- Maintain a clean, professional and customer-focused environment
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Proven leadership experience within an automotive workshop, service centre, or similar environment
n
- Strong sales focus with the ability to drive team performance and business growth
n
- Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to outstanding customer service
n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
n
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen residing in South Australia
n
- Available to work Monday to Friday plus alternating Saturday mornings.
