Key Duties
- Prospecting for new business including cold calling and door knocking.
- Assisting the Director with managing listings, sales, and open for inspection.
- Liaising with sellers, buyers, and other key parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Operating and maintaining a CRM system to ensure accurate client records.
- Following up with clients and leads to ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction.
- Preparing contracts and other real estate documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience – real estate is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience using CRM systems and strong Microsoft Office skills.
