About the role

Chantelle Lingerie is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant | Corsetry Consultant to join our retail team in Claremont, WA. This is a part-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work within luxury lingerie. You will be providing expert guidance to customers whilst delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This role is pivotal in building strong customer relationships and driving sales within our David Jones Claremont location, representing the quality and sophistication that Chantelle Lingerie is renowned for.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism, assessing their needs and providing personalized product recommendations
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our corsetry range, including sizing, fit and styling advice
- Assisting customers with fitting services and ensuring they feel confident and comfortable in their purchases
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is visually appealing, clean and well-organized
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall performance of the store, while supporting the wider team.
- Staying informed about new products, promotions to enhance your consultative selling approach
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally and courteously

What we're looking for

- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably within fashion, lingerie or luxury goods sectors
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse customers
- A genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect fit and product




- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a rapid-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for learning about corsetry, sizing and product knowledge
