Fitness Audio is an Australian company specialising in professional audio products designed for the global fitness industry. Our products are used by gyms, fitness studios, instructors and leading fitness brands across Australia and around the world.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping things organised, supporting sales and getting involved in marketing. You’ll work closely with our sales and management team while building relationships with customers, distributors and partners both locally and internationally.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Processing customer orders, quotes and sales enquiries
- Managing orders from initial enquiry through to dispatch
- Following up existing customers and sales opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with Australian and international customers
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting customers with product information and general sales support
- Maintaining customer and sales records
- Working with our warehouse and operations team to ensure orders are processed efficiently
- Assisting with marketing activities, email campaigns and promotions
- Helping create and coordinate social media and website content
- Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns
- Assisting our sales team with new business opportunities
- General administrative support associated with sales and customer service

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Highly organised with good attention to detail




- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable working across several different areas of the business
- Confident using computers, email and common business software
- Interested in sales, marketing and customer relationships
- Able to work independently while also being part of a close-knit team

Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, marketing, account management or a similar role would be highly regarded, however attitude, communication skills and a willingness to learn are equally important.

An interest and knowledge in audio and technology would also be an advantage. Remuneration based on experience. Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
