What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with Samuel, you'll play an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for buyers and sellers while learning every aspect of the sales process.
Your responsibilities will include
- Assisting with property inspections and open homes
- Following up buyer enquiries and maintaining relationships
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and property launches
- Managing databases and prospecting activities
- Supporting vendors and purchasers throughout the sales journey
- Assisting with negotiations and sales administration
- Contributing to the achievement of team sales goals
What We're Looking For The right person will have:
- A genuine desire to build a successful career in real estate sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of motivation, energy and professionalism
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to take direction, learn quickly and follow through
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A current Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence
Previous real estate experience is preferred. Attitude, work ethic and a willingness to learn are a must.
