Significant Note About Airport Working Hours

As this role is based at Sydney International Airport:

- Airport trade hours start earlier than standard retail
- Operations may finish later depending on flight schedules
- Flexibility across early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and peak travel periods is essential
- All team members must obtain and maintain valid airport passes and comply with airport security requirements

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences




- Represent Valiram| Läderach’s premium brand through product knowledge, sampling, and storytelling

Sales & Performance

- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Support upselling and cross-selling through strong product knowledge

Operations & Store Standards

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support daily operations including opening/closing routines

Back of House (BOH)

- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and stockroom organisation
- Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness standards

For Supervisors (in addition to the above):

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team on the shop floor
- Coach and guide team members to achieve performance and service standards
- Assist with daily floor coordination and operational execution

What We’re Looking For

- A proactive and customer-focused retail professional
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (luxury or premium experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic presence on the shop floor
- For Supervisors: demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience
- Flexibility to work across airport operating hours
