About the Role
As a Betts Casual Consultant, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience
- Help customers find the perfect fit and style
- Maintain store presentation and assist with visual merchandising
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet sales targets
- Be available for weekend, late-night, and holiday shifts
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for shoes and fashion
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
