Moffat is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales professional to join our Rancilio Coffee team and take ownership of sales growth across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

This is a genuine sales opportunity for someone who loves winning new business, building relationships, identifying opportunities and closing deals.

Representing the premium Rancilio coffee equipment brand, you’ll work across distributors, coffee businesses, hospitality groups, specifiers and end-user customers to create demand, develop opportunities and grow revenue.

Reporting to the Sales and Product Manager – ANZ Coffee Equipment and Products, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance across your territory.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll be expected to actively identify opportunities, develop new business and convert prospects into customers.

You will

- Drive sales growth across VIC, SA and TAS and consistently achieve sales targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the coffee, hospitality and foodservice sectors

- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, distributor relationships and market activity

- Develop and convert leads from initial opportunity through to negotiation and close

- Grow sales through existing distribution partners while actively seeking new channels and customers

- Build robust relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, operators, procurement teams, distributors and specifiers

- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations and customer meetings

- Understand customer needs and sell the right Rancilio solution to meet their commercial requirements

- Work closely with distributors and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities





- Identify market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the market

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM activity and forecasting

- Represent the Rancilio brand professionally at customer meetings, industry events and demonstrations

We’re looking for a sales hunter — someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and turning conversations into revenue.

You’ll ideally have

- Proven success in B2B sales, business development or territory sales
- A demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

- Experience selling into coffee, hospitality, foodservice, commercial equipment or a related industry
- A natural ability to prospect, build relationships and win current business

- Strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills

- Commercial confidence and the ability to identify the opportunity behind the conversation

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The confidence to conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
- A highly organised, self-motivated and results-driven approach
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a broader sales and product team
- A genuine passion for coffee, sales and premium equipment
