Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated and results driven Sales Representatives / Sales Consultants to join our Melbourne team.
About the Role
This is a face to face sales role, attending pre qualified and confirmed appointments with homeowners across Melbourne's eastern and south eastern suburbs.
You will
- Conduct professional in home consultations
- Assess customers' roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Present and sell roofing, roof restoration and guttering solutions
- Handle customer questions and objections
- Close sales and achieve agreed targets
- Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals
- Work closely with our sales and operations teams
- Have the opportunity to generate your own leads and build your customer base

Requirements
- Own ABN and ability to operate as an independent contractor
- Own reliable vehicle
- Current Australian driver's license
- Current mobile phone
- Flexible working hours and availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous face to face or in home sales experience is highly regarded
- Trade, roofing or building industry experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Professional presentation and customer focused approach
