We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, and enthusiastic Design Consultant to join our QLD sales team based in Loganholme.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Design Consultant with Australian Outdoor Living, you will expertly guide our customers to create custom-designed outdoor cover solutions. You will offer design advice to meet their style, budget, and functional needs.
Key Responsibilities include
- Engage with prospective customers and close sales
- Maximise revenue by meeting KPIs
- Visit customers’ homes for on-site design consultations
- Respond and action customer enquiries
- Collect, record, and utilise accurate data
- Ensure any remedial matters are resolved quickly and with minimal impact to the customer and business
- Actively participate in weekly meeting
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated sales skills, have a desire for success and thrive on the thrill of closing a deal
- Possess a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
- Availability to work flexibly from Monday to Saturdays
- Experience in the home improvement industry (desirable)
- A positive can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
- Tenacious, driven and highly motivated professional
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
- Highly organised, flexible, and proactive approach
- Thrive in a team culture and understand the importance of teamwork
WHAT WE CAN OFFER This role services appointments between 9am and 6pm, with approximately 25–38 hours per week available — ideal for people looking for meaningful work that fits around their lifestyle.
- Uncapped earning potential via a generous commission scheme with realistic OTE $100k+
- 25–38 hours available across a 5.5‑day roster (Monday – half Saturdays)
