Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) has been a leader in the swimming pool industry for over 50 years. We’re proudly WA owned and operated, manufacturing and installing quality fibreglass swimming pools for families across Western Australia. And when you live in Perth, there’s no getting around our summers. Long, hot days and plenty of time spent outdoors make a backyard pool pretty appealing — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for motivated and driven Sales Consultants who enjoy working with people, building genuine relationships and helping customers find the right pool for their home, lifestyle and budget.

This isn’t a volume-based, transactional sales role. It’s about taking the time to understand your client, asking the right questions and guiding them towards the right pool solution.

You’ll be representing an established and recognised WA brand, with a solid base salary, uncapped commission and the opportunity to build a successful career within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing display center and in-home consultations appointments with confidence and professionalism
- Educating clients on the value, durability, and craftsmanship behind ALT's pools
- Qualifying leads effectively and respectfully — understanding their budget, backyard, and timeline
- Converting quality enquiries into signed contracts through skilled consultation and follow-up
- Meeting KPIs for conversion, average sale value, and customer satisfaction
- Keeping CRM records, quotes, and pipelines up to date and accurate
- Guiding clients through the design and decision-making process, from first meeting to signed contract

What We’re Looking For?

- A consultative approach – you take the time to listen, understand what the customer wants and guide them towards the right solution without the hard sell
- Strong sales fundamentals, including lead qualification, objection handling,



follow-up and value-based selling
- Confidence managing and closing high-value sales with homeowners making a significant investment in their property
- Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working towards sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
- Confident using CRM systems and disciplined when it comes to managing leads and follow-ups
- Flexibility to work rostered weekends – after all, that’s often when our customers have the time to start planning their recent pool
