About the role

Acan Group is a growing facility services company providing commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, hospitality cleaning, property maintenance and specialised cleaning services across Melbourne. We are seeking a confident, motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, manage sales opportunities and help expand our client portfolio. This is a hands-on sales position suitable for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, approaching prospective clients, following up quotations and converting opportunities into new contracts.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and approach prospective commercial clients.
- Make outbound sales calls and send business introduction emails.
- Develop opportunities with builders, hotels, property managers, owners corporations and facility managers.
- Research upcoming construction projects, tenders and contract opportunities.
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries.
- Arrange client meetings and site inspections.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals and company information.
- Consistently follow up outstanding quotations and sales opportunities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate lead, quotation and follow-up information in the company CRM.

About you

- Previous experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and approaching new clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Professional spoken and written English.
- The ability to prepare clear emails, proposals and follow-up correspondence.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work without constant supervision.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A target-driven mindset with a robust focus on results.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
