About the role

Signarama Sydney CBD and Pittwater are hiring Sales Consultants and Management Cadets. Sales Consultants meet clients, recommend signage, quote and close. Management Cadets join a paid training pathway into the business — suited to people starting their working life, including those who have recently finished school. No signage experience needed.

Key responsibilities

Sales Consultant

- Meet clients on site or in the showroom and understand what they need
- Recommend the right signage solution and prepare quotes
- Follow up leads, close sales and grow existing accounts
- Work closely with design, production and installation so jobs run smoothly
- Build a local pipeline across retail, construction, hospitality, marine, qualified services and government

Management Cadet:
- Learn client service, quoting, production workflow and installation coordination on the job
- Help with showroom, admin and follow-up so jobs run smoothly
- Build product knowledge and commercial skills through structured training
- Work Monday–Friday business hours as part of a small store team

About you

Sales Consultant

- Strong communicator who enjoys meeting people and solving problems
- Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
- Organised — you can manage quotes, follow-ups and multiple jobs at once
- Valid Australian driver's licence (site visits are part of the job)
- Right to work in Australia




- B2B or consultative sales experience is useful but not essential

Management Cadet:
- Enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn
- Comfortable meeting people and happy to muck in across the store
- Organised enough to handle a mix of tasks and follow instructions
- Right to work in Australia
- A valid Australian driver's licence is useful for site visits — tell us if you are working towards one
