What You Will Do:

As a Sales Manager, you'll be discussing and presenting our cutting-edge technology offerings which help our clients' operational needs. You will play a pivotal role in communicating how our solutions can enhance operational efficiency, revenue management, and overall guest experiences. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Your confident familiarity with terms like PMS, APIs, Cloud, Data Security and Reputation Management is essential to succeed in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Australia Pacific Region's hospitality industry.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the territory, conducting thorough research to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients,



serving as a trusted advisor and consultant on IT solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process together with aligned CRM management, from initial prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs, including specifically communicating with project management to translate clients’ requirements and smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition and perks of our IT solutions, leveraging your exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Review new marketing documents for accurate promotion of the product and update yourself on the new product enhancements, integration projects, RFI’s and RFP’s.
- Collaborate with Marketing department to discuss sales expectations and help highlight product USP’s; introducing innovative approaches on representation of the company/products; evaluate the methodologies and strategies applied to reach the relevant markets and clients; evaluate and validate partners, lead generation and qualifications; and assist with industry event participation, preparations and delivery.

Requirements

- Australian resident
- Fluent in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.




- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, Technology Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably hospitality or SaaS technologies.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Comfortable and confident discussing and explaining hospitality technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and ready to communicate with employees, customers and partners across different countries and different organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to address operational challenges with creative solutions.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for working in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
- A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
