- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for cars – and for the people who love them
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission linked to both your own sales and the performance of your team
- Family-owned – a genuine say in how things are done and no franchise targets, corporate layers or interstate head office
- A team that has your back – a close-knit, supportive group where people are trusted, valued and genuinely enjoy coming to work
- Career progression – we promote from within, invest in our people, and your role will grow as Richmonds does
- An exceptional environment – rare and remarkable cars, a loyal client base, and a supportive, professional team
