Diamonds of Distinction is the Sunshine Coast's premium Fine Jewellery design and manufacturing business with over 30 years in the same Buderim location! Our reputation extends well beyond there though, with our origins in jewellery manufacture and design beginning in Idar-Oberstein, Germany in 1933!

We pride ourselves on producing and delivering the finest possible jewellery, using the most beautiful diamonds and gemstones from all over the world. We would love for you to become part of our journey.

The role

Seeking Sales Staff/Consultants

As a front of house sales consultant, you will be the first point of contact with our clientelle. As such your interactions and ability to engage and assist are vital to the wellbeing of the business and its reputation. We are seeking an engaging, polished person with excellent customer service skills. You will be assisted by the manufacturing team with any technical requirements to the role, and you will also be supported with further training.

The role will also see you take charge of front of house including client contact and assistance/sales,



custom-design consultations, and assisting with visual merchandising. You will also be taking lead on content creation and social media for the DOD brand!

What we're looking for from you:
- Excellent personal skills and the ability to engage with our discerning clientelle
- Customer service experience (ideally in

Jewellery but not essentially)

- A proven sales history
- Quality social media skills! You'll be our Content Creator!
- SWIM POS experience highly regarded but not essential
