Kapio is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in Collingwood.
You'll work with warm leads generated through the Kapio platform or other marketing tools – business owners who have already explored their funding options and are ready to speak with someone.
From there, you'll own the deal end to end: understanding the client's needs, finding the right funding solution, managing the application and getting it through to settlement.
This is a great role for someone who is confident in sales, commercially minded and enjoys building strong relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Managing warm leads from first conversation through to settlement
- Understanding each client's business and funding needs
- Reviewing financial information and preparing lending applications
- Matching clients with suitable lenders and products using Kapio's AI-driven insights
- Liaising with lenders and progressing deals
- Managing your own pipeline and sales targets

Highly regarded
- Experience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or broking
- Experience packaging business loan applications
- Experience working with Australian SMEs
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
