Sales & Showroom Coordinator – Office Furniture

Casual initially, with the opportunity to transition to a fixed-term position. Performance-based sales bonuses available

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused and hands-on Sales & Showroom Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operation of our Laverton North showroom. You will be the main person responsible for the showroom during the day, handling customer enquiries, sales, quotations, orders and general administration.

This is also a sales-focused role, with performance-based bonuses available in addition to the hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the showroom
- Assist customers in person, by phone and email
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up sales enquiries
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate customer pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Maintain and update products, pricing and basic content on our website
- Keep the showroom organised and presentable
- Assist with moving, loading and basic furniture assembly when required

About you

- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service or sales administration
- Confident dealing with customers and closing sales
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the showroom
- Organised, reliable and detail-focused




- Experience with Microsoft Office
- MYOB, Zoho or similar accounting software experience
- Comfortable with light manual handling and basic furniture assembly
- Facebook Marketplace, website product maintenance or basic digital marketing experience would be an advantage

Experience in office furniture, commercial furniture, warehousing or a similar industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
